The Cardiac Consultation cum Treatment camp was arranged in 25 Jan 13. A total of 110 patients were attended by cardiac specialists. The cardiac team of 4 doctors and an ECG technician was headed by Dr. A.K.M. Manzurul Alam, MBBS, MS. Associate Professor of Cardiac-Surgery. National Institute of Cardiovascular Diseases & Hospital (NICVD). Some of the patients needed immediate medical attention and 46 cases were advised for ECG. All the patients were supplied with available medicines and prescribed to report to cardiac hospitals having cardiac treatment facilities for follow up treatment. The camp started at 10:30 am and lasted up to 2pm.
